Clean & Cozy LLC is a small, growing house cleaning company in Minnesota that has a strong, fun, and positive culture, where you are appreciated and rewarded for your hard work! This is a physical job where you will crouch, kneel, bend, reach, and lift for hours a day, and stay in shape while getting paid.  If you live within 30 miles of Chaska and are available to work 15 – 30 hours per week between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

​

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping services

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens

• Change bed linens and do laundry (on occasion)

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude

• Superior attention to detail

• Willing to accept feedback and appreciate improvement every day

• Ability to take direction and continue to learn

• Participate in 1:1 meetings with your manager and team meetings

Requirements:

​

• At least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Own a Smartphone with cellular data

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• United States work authorization

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
